The 2022-2023 Denver Nuggets were a team that defied all expectations. They were picked to finish seventh in the Western Conference, but they ended up winning the top seed and making it all the way to the NBA Finals and winning their first championship in franchise history. Along the way, they beat some of the best teams in the league, including the Phoenix Suns the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Miami Heat. The players that had to beat along the way was Karl Anthony Towns, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Anthony Davis, and Lebron James. Four of these players (Paul, James, Durant and Davis) are shoo ins for the NBA Hall of Fame in the next ten years.
