John Salley is for his defensive prowess, rebounding ability, and his four NBA championships two with the Bad Boys Detroit Pistons.Salley also played for the Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, and Los Angeles Lakers before retiring in 2000. He is the first person in NBA history to win championships with three franchises (since joined by Robert Horry, Danny Green, and LeBron James), as well as the first player in the NBA to win a championship in three different decades (since joined by Tim Duncan). After his retirement, Salley went on to be a one of the hosts of Fox Sports Net The Best Damn Sports Show Period, which is considered to be one of the best sports shows ever made.
